Camino is a young and energetic global recruitment company growing at a fast pace. We are NOW looking for an experienced Manager with client delivery experience and recruitment team management expertise. The job scope will be as follows:

• To be responsible for overall deliveries from Camino's global Centre Of Excellence(COE)Experience in managing a team of 8 and more
• Lead the sourcing team to find and validate suitable candidates for client requirements.
• To create and manage process flows for effective and time-bound deliveries for each positions coming in.To develop strategies for time bound submissions for Search, Perm and Staffing roles for clients across geographies.
• To ensure that Camino and Client's SLA's are met with.
• Provide regular feedback to the Vertical Heads on the client deliveries.
• Compliance and ensuring both yourself and direct reports comply with the QA and systems.
• Producing Reports (client activity, direct reports)
• Management and awareness of direct reports home page activity
• To identify and recruit people for teams in COE in line with the Manpower plans for verticals.

Graduates with proven experience in successfully managing recruitment teams will be a good fit. Candidates experienced in technical recruitment within the Engineering & Construction industry will have advantage.
