Manager with client delivery experience and recruitment team management
expertise. The job scope will be as follows:
Graduates with proven experience in successfully managing recruitment teams will be a good fit. Candidates experienced in technical recruitment within the Engineering & Construction industry will have advantage.
- To be responsible for overall deliveries from Camino's global Centre Of Excellence(COE)Experience in managing a team of 8 and more
- Lead the sourcing team to find and validate suitable candidates for client requirements.
- To create and manage process flows for effective and time-bound deliveries for each positions coming in.To develop strategies for time bound submissions for Search, Perm and Staffing roles for clients across geographies.
- To ensure that Camino and Client's SLA's are met with.
- Provide regular feedback to the Vertical Heads on the client deliveries.
- Compliance and ensuring both yourself and direct reports comply with the QA and systems.
- Producing Reports (client activity, direct reports)
- Management and awareness of direct reports home page activity
- To identify and recruit people for teams in COE in line with the Manpower plans for verticals.
