Desired Candidate Profile
Designation: Research Associate Job Level: L1
Position Description: Provide high quality, real-time support on XBRL document creation, review and filing of Financial Reports/Statements in support of client projects Provide support to the Research Manager and the team in completing projects on time and in knowledge transfer. Attend client calls; interact with clients on a need basis.
Experience: Fresh candidates with no experience would generally be recruited as Research Associates. However, the management reserves the right to recruit candidates with 0-1 year work experience that is not directly relevant, as a Research Associate.
Essential Qualifications: Graduates / Post –graduates in Finance / MBA in Finance or any other degree that is considered suitable to perform the required function
Technical Qualifications / Experience: Technical know-how in MS Office Suite preferably with knowledge of XBRL document creation
Organization Structure: Report to the Associate Research Manager / Research Manager
Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
Salary: Best in the industry
Job Requirements
• A sound understanding of the client’s proprietary tool - Crossfire
• Ability to process Block Note Tagging (BN), Detailed Foot Note Tagging (DFN) and Mutual Funds (MF) work requests depending on the POD assigned
• Ability to process regular as well as customized client requests
• Deliver work requests on-time and with high quality in line with the agreed service levels
• Ability to effectively communicate on work request status and/or issues verbally or via email to the SME, Manager on shift and client where applicable
• Work with team members to improve existing processes
• Be focused on continually improving technical as well as soft skills
• Participate in team activities
