We are looking for people who will work with us to create magic! Explorers to help us unearth nuggets about our history, architecture, places / cities, culture, cuisines (honestly, anything about us!). This is the crux of the whole idea – knowledge that’s insightful and helps create an unforgettable experience! You could have been / are a professor, or a working in a corporate or a home-maker, as long as you are passionate about discovering new things, you fit the bill! Our “Explorers” can also be part of workshops, presentations and study tours Qualifications: Naturalists Historians Guides Ex-defence forces personnel Linguists Conservationists Archaelogists Museum Curators Teachers IMPORTANT: Only people who have relevant experience in any of the above should apply. Please support your appplication with a sample of the work that has been done in any of the above. What we do need from you? We need to know from you about your areas of interest, and passion and capabilities. We need clarity from you about how long and deep you want to dive with us. We need your commitment to traverse this journey with us. If you can share the above 3 things with us, we can create a complete package for you. How many hours we think you will need to work with us, for how long and of course, depending upon how you would like to structure the relationship, the remuneration involved. What do we NOT want from you? Fixed timings. We don’t believe that great work is a function of hours put in. We would love you to put in a focused effort, when convenient by you, which gets the work done. Obviously, we will have deadlines but we will work with you to schedule the deliverables. Throw out the “Same old same old” out of the window as that’s a strict no-no! What we want is “mad” stuff, stuff that you thought makes no sense, or better (worse?), what you thought will make no sense to anyone else. In every “no, cant happen” is a germ of an idea! Give us the thought and we will help shape it.
