Job Description :
Project management within IT Operations to deliver multiple infrastructure projects that will enable to deliver a high level of service to the business. Allianz follow Prince 2 methodology and demonstration of the structured project management disciplines is essential including:
- Prepare and maintain realistic Project plans including Risk , Quality and Communication plans
- Effectively manage Issues and Risks
- Monitor and control team performance against each plan
- Provide reports to business customer Managers
- Provide reports to Senior IT Managers
- Monitor and control expense and capital costs against the project budget
- Deliver the project with resources allocated
- Assess the effect of change on the projects with respect to costs, timescale and resource needs and report these appropriately.
- Liaise with other managers within IT and the business
- Manage expectations for the projects.
