As a Manager Support for the Interdependency
Managers in the Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team you will be
required to:
Work with and support multiple Interdependency Managers (IMs) in executing their function effectively, and in producing and maintaining their work products and deliverables
Develop a good understanding of the various programs that the IMs are engaged in, their schedules and their interdependencies, to be able to support them effectively
Collect information from the various programs, help IMs analyze them, extract patterns, and present different views of the same data as per the customer needs
Support the IMs in analyzing the cumulative effect and/or change impact across programs and in proposing optimizations
Assist the IMs in documenting, tracking, and reporting on the risks and issues in these interdependencies
Assist the IMs in communicating the optimizations to the various programs and in tracking their implementation
Assist the IMs in scheduling and coordinating meetings and workshops for resolving inter-program conflicts and other issues
Assist the IMs by providing data and other required support for interfacing with their peers in EPM team to develop a holistic view on cross-program interdependencies
Support creation of key information to be used with various stakeholder groups
Work with IMs to track key EPM deliverables
