Role: Business Analytics SME - Assurance
The SME - Assurance (FIDS): This role is in data analytics team helps to proactively analyze data to generate actionable business insights and to prevent and detect fraud by leveraging the knowledge inside all of their structured and unstructured data assets by combining business and investigations knowledge with advanced data analytics techniques such as predictive modelling, investigative data linking, social network analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Provide team leadership in fostering an open and inclusive environment and effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Strong experience in data analytics applied preferably in professional services firm or large organisation, in particular:
Ability to select tests that meet objectives of audit requirements
Ability to interpret requirements and articulate potential data solutions and results
Familiarity with Advanced Data Analytics environment.
Must be able work closely with the global team and should be able to conceptualize ideas and be actively involved in developing strategy and framework.
Skills Preferred
1. The SME Assurance (FIDS) will take responsibility of supervising and leading project teams
2. Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff
3. Contribute to people initiative including recruiting, retaining and training assurance staff
