- Counseling, follow-up & conversion of walk-in enquiries resulting in fresh billing.
- Converting telephonic, SMS, Toll Free & Internet enquiries into walk-in enquiries.
- Collection of installments due for the month, updating standard records.
- Effort to upgrade of existing students.
- Handling Online Testing Centre administration related responsibility at an authorized testing centre.
- Providing information in the recommended manner about
- installments due for the month.
- Ensuring that the reports are duly completed & sent as per the Documentation & Reports Checklist.
- Updating students records regularly.
- Adhering to the Documentation & Report Checklist.
