This is a unique
role in professional content creation, which is targeted at Professional
Skill Assessments and Development. This role entails creating/curating
Assessment Content, for testing individuals on various professional
skills through multiple-choice questions. This does NOT deal with
behavioral or soft skills, but hard/functional skills and domain
knowledge in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain,
Operations, HR, Legal etc. Deliverables/Outcomes expected from the Content Developer:
Sample questions and a working template would be provided for the Developer to get started. We’ll be working closely as a team to sort out any issues/problems. The content will be tested for plagiarism, using software tools. Roles & Responsibilities: Deliverables/Outcomes expected from the Content Developer:
To adhere to content creation templates provided by us. To strictly comply with Project Schedules. Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1 to 3 years. Commitment ethics are more important than prior work experience. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of Undergraduate. (Impeccable command of English Language) Key Skills Required for Performing the Job: Must have impeccable command of English Grammar. Must be a fast learner. Must be motivated to do primary research (online/ talk to others/read). Must not expect any spoon-feeding. Desired Skills: High commitment ethics. Desire to learn. Willingness to put in hard work to show actual results. Past glory is of no use if results cannot be delivered. The candidate will be working directly with co-founders of the startup who are alumni of IIT and ISB. Expected Working Hours: (per day or week): For Project basis – A minimum of 2 hours per day. But more than time, the end result matters and working hours can be made flexible. We are Flexible about the working mode of the Content Developer. We could start on a Project basis, and move the person onto a Full Time position depending on mutual interests. We prefer candidates from Bangalore, but the location can be agnostic for motivated/exceptional applicants. Expected start date: Immediate Compensation offered : Initially, Compensation could be offered on a Project basis. For Project basis, Fees could start from Rs. 15,000/- p.m.. For Full time position, salaries could go up to INR 4 Lacs CTC, for mid-level professionals. Actual figures will be agreed upon, only after evaluating an applicant. Reporting Structure: Working with and reporting to CEO (http://in.linkedin.com/in/kunalvarma) and/or co-founders. Physical Infrastructure needed or provided by company: Internet connection and Phone is needed to do research and communicate. The same can be provided or paid for by the company if needed. Communication protocol (Skype/ GChat/ others etc.): Phone/Skype/Gtalk. Basically, anything that allows quick and easy communication. |
