Establish & manage key relationship – customers, vendors……
Additional responsibilities
• Overall P&L responsibility – Revenue & costs (including interest)
• As opposed to the cost focus of the coo
• Cash concern
• Drive business development
• Taking a view on risk – enterprise level Asset management
• Be responsible for the overall performance of the asset
Support fund raising
• To have “entrepreneur sprit” and natural authority.
