Assistant / Deputy Manager -Industrial Relation

At least 12 years of hands on IR exposure in a large size company to handle unionized workforce and multiple unions in a fair and transparent manner in line with the company’s policies. Thorough knowledge of labour laws and fluency in Malayalam a must.



Job Description:

Industrial Relation

 Ensure harmonious industrial relation with employees and workmen engaged through Contractors

 Attending Tripartite /Bipartite conferences ,wage settlement, negotiation with unions

 Maintaining a coordinal relation with public, other stakeholders ,govt agencies /departments

 Periodic Maintenance of legal compliance checklist and reporting to the Head HR,IR and administration periodically



Statutory Compliances

 Securing various statutory licenses from depts. Like factories/pollution Control Board consent/Panchayth license, contract labour registration/license etc and their periodical renewal

 Health Check up as per factories Act/Dock Safety Act

 Certification of Standing Orders

 Keeping track of all Contracts/Agreements with outsourcing contractors and their timely renewal.

 Ensure timely payments of statutory dues and filing of returns.



Administration

 In charge of travel , accommodation arrangement and event management

 Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

 Administrating Contract labour Management System of the Company
