Document Specialist

Production of documents using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint as per clients’ specification

■ Responsible for quality of his/her job and should strive for producing documents with nil errors

■ Responsible for production of these documents within the specified timeframe

■ Responsible for informing Workflow coordinator or Client manager in case of unavoidable delays during execution of the job

■ Responsible for spell check, formatting and layout and other details to be taken care of during production of the document

■ Responsible for learning latest developments in technologies that are required for execution of clients’ jobs

■ Responsible for communication with Workflow coordinators and Project coordinators regarding QC related issues
