-Managing Agencies and achieve collections target.

-Allocation of Account/ Portfolio on collection cycle basis

- Collector level allocation at agency.

- Ensure adequate Capacity at the agency for field coverage.

- Ensure that there is timely and adequate collections follow up as per the strategy grid.

- Review collector portfolio coverage and quality of follow up on daily/ weekly basis.

- Support portfolio with joint calls and visits to the customer to ensure customer needs and problems are resolved.

-To support the agency with additional information on disputes, settlements, risk mitigation, reversal etc that the customer requires before they offer to pay.

Education:

(UG - Any Graduate) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM)

-Incumbent need to have 6+ years of prior collections experience with at least 3-4 years in Collections of Banking Products/ Cards.

-Should be well versed with collections terminology, banking procedures, risk management, people management and relationship management

-Should be inclined to work out of agency relationship and willing to regularly meet customers and resolve issues and redefine process for ensure improvement

-Incumbent needs to have good communication skills, leadership and people skills, analytical skills, vendor relationship skills and have a high level of integrity ( proven track record for people hired from market ).
