Functional Area:
• Review and implement the business plans (long-term and short-term); constantly track and monitor their progress and highlight deviations.
• Finalize critical financial funding decisions such as fixing and review of the debt equity ratio in collaboration with the Head Finance.

• Drive effective relationship management with investors and lenders/bankers/financial institutions.
• Manage and investment portfolio of the Organization to ensure manximum return on investment in line with defined investment guidelines.
